SPANISH CLASS

Ms. Serrano


Kindergarten class will review colors. They will focus on classroom objects

(silla-chair, libro-book, mesa-table, lapis-pencil, Tijeras-scissors, borrador-eraser).


Grade 1 students will review classroom objects. They will focus on food

(queso-cheese, papa-potato, pollo-chicken, jugo-juice, leche-milk, pan-bread, ensalada-salad).


Grade 2 students will have a review on numbers 21-39.

They will learn the days of the week (Lunes-Monday, Martes-Tuesday, Miercoles-Wednesday, Jueves-Thursday, Viernes-Friday, Sabado-Saturday, Domingo-Sunday).


Grade 3 students will review numbers 30-59. They will learn the Spanish alphabet (please ask
them to practice it every day). Students will also focus on months.


Grade 4 students are going to focus on feminine and masculine gender.

They'll also learn the definite article (El, La, Los, Las).


Grade 5 students will focus on clothes.
They will learn the opposites as well.


Grade 6 students will review "Likes and dislikes" Me gusta,

Te gusta, Le gusta. They will have a general review.


Grades 7 & 8 will review descriptions of people, describing what people are wearing,

the color of the clothes and the uses of the definite article.
