This is the last trimester of the year, and all grades are finishing their final projects.

The Eighth graders are learning "Web page design" basics.
All students will create their own web page in "Microsoft Word application".
The students will need to complete their project and take a test for their last trimester in the computer lab.

The Seventh graders are creating a project this trimester in "Microsoft Excel".
They are required to take two tests and complete the project by the end of the trimester.

The Sixth graders are learning to create a presentation in "Microsoft PowerPoint".
They are required to take two tests and complete the project by the end of this Trimester.

The Fifth grade class is learning research and essay formatting in "Microsoft Word".
They will also take a test on researching techniques.

The Fourth graders are learning about computer software and computer/internet definitions and glossary.

The Third graders are re-enforcing fundamental typing skills by typing sentences in "Microsoft word".

The Second are learning fundamental typing skills using
"Microsoft Word" and "Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing" programs.

The First graders are practicing their typing skills for their
spelling words and the home row keys using "Microsoft word".

Kindergarteners are learning the alphabet letter locations by typing their sight words.
Pre-Kindergarteners are learning the alphabet letter locations on the keyboard.

 

The 2009-10 Computer Club Welcomes Students
