August 3, 2009 School Reopens 9:00 am- 3:00 pm

August 10-14 Registration Forms Week (Priority)

Parents/Guardians must come in to school to fill out the

forms needed for the 2009-2010 school year.

Turn in Medical, Dental and Vision Forms.

Forms may be printed and filled out in advance from

www.stbenbi.org

August 15 (Sat.) Last Day of Registration Forms Week

Office open from 9:30 am- Noon.

August 24 First Day of School Grades 1-8.

Half Day Dismissal at 11:30 am.

Uniforms are required.

August 24 & 25 Attention Preschool and Kindergarten families…..

Screenings will be held on Mon 8/24 and Tues 8/25

A specified time will be given to you during

Registration Forms Week

August 25 Full Day of School for Grades 1-8

Hot Lunch Begins.Before and After Care begins

August 26 First Full Day of School for Preschool & Kindergarten.

Note: If your child attends half day preschool, dismissal is at 11:00 am.

You will pick up your child at the playground door between the Church and school.

During Registration Forms Week you can purchase Used Uniforms for $1.00 per piece.

You will also be able to get the School Handbook for 2009-2010.
